As the founder and president of Global Instrument Management Solutions, Mr. Jones has empowered over a thousand professionals through healthcare consulting, certification programs, operational consulting, and workforce development initiatives across the United States.

With over a decade of progressive leadership in healthcare, Mr. Jones has held senior clinical and operational roles at major institutions throughout Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Delaware. He has successfully led departments through rigorous CMS, DOH, and Joint Commission site visits, earning a reputation for his command of accreditation standards and unwavering commitment to patient safety.

Mr. Jones holds every credential offered by the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA)—CRCST, CHL, CER, and CIS—and earned his Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Healthcare Administration, further deepening his expertise at the intersection of quality improvement, systems leadership, and healthcare innovation.
